(made in ps7)
Prepare your base, as soon as it's ready, move onto step one. As you can see, I don't know how to crop. D:

1. New Hue / Saturation Layer.
rgb: | 0 | +32 | +4 |
Adjust to your liking, but this step was just to add a bit more color to your base.

2. New Selective coloring layer.
r: -55 | +17 | +63 | -5
y: +36 | +23 | -40 | +19
n: +26 | -8 | -28 | -2
Adjust... er, it looks FUG now but it gets better. :D

3. New Curves Layer.
rgb: 117 | 141
(note: I actually dragged to these numbers. I heard there's a difference between dragging and just adding in the numbers. Not sure if it's true... er, yeah.)

4. New Selective Coloring Layer
r: -100 | +1 | +16 | -7
c: +100 | +100 | -57 | -19
blue: +100 | -18 | -21 | -27
n: -16 | +6 |+10 | -9
Getting better~ Er, I had a blue-ish background so that's why I used the cyans and blues, but you will probably need to adjust it a lot and maybe not even mess with the c+b, dunno.

5. Brightness/Contrast Layer
+4, +5
Dunno why I did this, there's barely any difference, but who cares? :'D

6. Color Balance Layer
m: -5, 0, +5
s: -5, -6, -5
h: -16, 0, -10
Not much a difference in this step, either...

7. Channel Mixer Layer
red
r: +130
g: -42
b: 0
blue
r: -44
g: +54
b: +94
that's my secret technique... but now you all know it, booh. D:
NOTE! Channel Mixer doesn't work well on all images.

optional: Add a texture if you'd like~
complete!
edit: fixed typo
